Innova TL3 (Star)
Another famous fairway driver from Innova. Feels very Teebird-like in the hand, and the speed-8 rim is easy to grasp fully, for maximum control and the smallest deviation from your thrown line.
And the reason it feels this way is because the TL3 is literally the top half of a Teebird, and the bottom half of a Leopard 3! The moulds are exactly the same diameter, and so the lower rim and the stripper plate of the Leopard3 is matched with the Flight Plate of the Leopard3 to create this very pleasing hybrid disc, without spending a single cent making a new mold. :)
Think of this as a slightly faster, but lower glide River, and you are on the right track. Truly a dead-straight disc with the ability to handle a little nose-up attitude, without climbing and stalling.
