The pronounced thumb grove makes the disc feel very concave indeed, allowing for very easy flat throws with no nose angle. With thumb-in-grove you can push the disc hard with your thumb, which adds huge confidence and control.
You may be sceptical about the grove feature, but we are confident that feeling will dissipate the instant you pick one up.
Although not created to be a putting putter, as a throwing putter there is nothing stopping you from putting with it, if it feels good in your putting grip. For most people, however, Zone GT w/ Banger Top is going to be a thrower only.
In Swirly ESP plastic Zone GT (Banger Top) is translucent rather than transparent - although "Crystal-Z" Zones are sometimes available.
