Discraft Raptor (Z-Swirl) Aaron Gossage Tour Series
Raptor is a low-glide fairway driver designed to compete against the venerable Innova Firebird. Raptor's low glide means it won't climb into stronger headwinds above, and will maintain its altitude when thrown (flat!) into headwinds.
Raptor fiercely holds its line, and fades hard at the end. Make sure you account for the full fade at all times, or use that fade to obtain unreal skip shots.
For forehand use, its 11mm rim depth makes it a tad less controllable than the slightly deeper Firebird - at 12mm. 1mm of extra depth might not seem like a lot - BUT IT IS!
In gorgeous Z-Swirly plastic Raptor is more slightly more flexible than ESP.
