Axiom Envy (Cosmic Neutron)
One of the greatest driving putters ever made, the Envy covers every shot from a drop-in, to an 80-metre ace. Able to handle even a slight headwind without flipping, the Envy feels taught in the hand, and releases beautifully, even at "full clubs" power.
Intended as a putt and approach disc, this mold really amazes most in a driving role. With a flat top, and great speed, the speed 3 and glide 3 numbers really do not do the Envy justice. With fantastic loft, and a very gentle fade, the Envy is a must-have for anyone who wants to develop their form, and be precise as possible from the tee, and on upshots.
It's a normal putter too, of course, and a dependable and durable one at that - with the overmolded super-dense TPU providing great impact resistance against trees, concrete, asphalt, and chains. This disc will take a beating, and stay stable for a long, long time.
The Envy is widely considered to be THE driving putter, and it is the unique combination of glide, rangability, stability, hand-feel, grippiness, and easy release which has allowed this cream to rise to the top of the disc golf world.
In Cosmic Neutron plastic Envy is firm and grippy, as per normal Neutron, with with added Radial bursts of colour. Some examples have swirled rims. Almost impossible not to buy once viewed!
